Hiring Policy

Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. understands that circumstances develop when a permanent hire situation is beneficial by we encourage all of our clients to maximize the benefits of using temporaries with a Try & Hire philosophy before making a commitment. Our transition fee structure is as follows:

  • Any temporary personnel that is payrolled for our client and is billed as such from the start of their assignment can be hired for a permanent opportunity at any time without a fee.
  • Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. will not charge a fee once a temporary employee who is considered a conventional placement has worked 600 hrs. Any temporary employee who is hired prior to 600 hrs. the fee will be $500.00 that will be billed along with the temporary employee's last week of hours worked on Ryan Alternative Staffing's payroll.

Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. does not allow under any circumstances Ryan employees to be transferred to the payroll of any other staffing service or employee leasing firm to continue working at any of your locations or facilities within the Ryan Staffing geographical service area for a period of 12 months after being paid by Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. Failure to comply will result in a liquidation fee of $1500.00 per occurrence.
