Hiring Policy

Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. is the only temporary service that guarantees to never charge clients in “Good Standing” a fee, liquidation charge, penalty or damages for hiring our employee. We understand that circumstances develop when a permanent hire situation is beneficial, but we encourage all of our clients to maximize the benefits of using temporaries with a Try & Hire philosophy before making a commitment. Prior to hiring a Ryan employee please contact your local Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. office.

Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. does not allow under any circumstances Ryan employees to be transferred to the payroll of any other staffing service or employee leasing firm to continue working at any of your locations or facilities within the Ryan Staffing geographical service area for a period of 12 months after being paid by Ryan Alternative Staffing, Inc. Failure to comply will result in a liquidation fee of $1500.00 per occurrence.
